This is for the week fast.

WEDNESDAY
NO FOOD.

At least ten glasses of water.

Fifty sit-ups, one hundred leg lifts, stretches, repeat three times.

THURSDAY
NO FOOD.

At least ten glasses of water.

Fifty sit-ups, one hundred leg lifts, stretches, repeat four times.

FRIDAY
NO FOOD.

At least ten glasses of water.

Fifty sit-ups, one hundred leg lifts, stretches, repeat five times.

SATURDAY
NO FOOD.

At least ten glasses of water.

Fifty sit-ups, one hundred leg lifts, stretches, repeat six times.

SUNDAY
NO FOOD.

At least ten glasses of water.

Fifty sit-ups, one hundred leg lifts, stretches, repeat seven times.

Three cuts on the wrist... enough blood to cover a half dollar.
Three on my shin ( just below my knee )... enough blood to cover three half dollars.

SIX SIX SIX
12 hours of no food.
This is my one-week fast.
Planning to loose at least seven to ten pounds.

Really, I don't update here. I usually update on my xanga, ( which can be found in my user-info )...
for the most part I surf communities, and comment on others', and the communities.
I add friends if your journal is rockin', or whatnot.
But, on the other note... Well... there really isn't more to say.
